Vadraa is operated as a sole proprietorship by Saswat Sundar Rath ("Owner", "We", "Us", "Our") in India.

By accessing or using Vadraa, you ("User", "Farmer", "You") agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Vadraa is a structured agricultural crop execution and advisory platform that provides:

• Calendar-based crop lifecycle tracking
• Task-driven operational guidance
• AI-assisted agricultural advisory
• Pest and disease reporting workflows
• Event-based corrective task injection
• Structured anonymized agricultural data logging

Vadraa is not a substitute for professional agricultural consultation or government advisory services.

3. Eligibility

By using Vadraa, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements
• The information you provide is accurate

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to log in using third-party authentication services (e.g., Truecaller). You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us of unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Nature of Agricultural Advisory

Vadraa provides structured guidance based on curated crop calendars and AI-assisted interpretation.

6. AI-Generated Responses

The platform includes AI-assisted advisory components. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses are generated based on programmed logic and contextual interpretation
• AI may not always be accurate or complete
• Users should apply personal judgment and local agronomic understanding before acting
• Vadraa does not provide legally binding, certified, or government-authorized agricultural prescriptions

7. Open Data Framework

Vadraa generates anonymized agricultural datasets for research and public benefit. By using the platform, you agree that:

• Your operational agricultural data may be anonymized and aggregated
• Personally identifiable information (PII) will not be included in public datasets
• Public datasets are for research and informational purposes only

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful activities
• Submit false pest reports or misleading information
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the system
• Interfere with platform functionality

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content including crop execution structure, task frameworks, interface design, branding (Vadraa name and logo), and documentation are owned by the sole proprietor unless otherwise stated.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit platform content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Vadraa is provided "as is" without warranties
• We disclaim all implied warranties including fitness for a particular purpose
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user (if any)

11. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access
• Error-free operation
• Permanent availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

12. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Terms are violated
• Misuse is detected
• Fraudulent activity occurs
• Legal compliance requires action

Users may request account deletion by contacting us via the official support email.

13. Third-Party Services

Vadraa may integrate third-party services including authentication providers, cloud hosting services, and analytics services. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service actions.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
